The crash happened near River and Blue Rock roads on Friday Feb. 11, just before 3:30 p.m., according to Manor Township police.
The accident involved the propane delivery truck, a tractor-trailer, and two other vehicles, according to the department's release.
The crash was caused when the propane delivery truck entered the oncoming traffic lane and struck the tractor-trailer, Sergeant Matthew Wolf.
Elwood M. Roberson, 67, of York, "displayed signs of impairment at the scene of the crash," Sergeant Wolf said.
Roberson was arrested for driving under the influence and was found to have a blood alcohol level of .21 percent— the state limit is .08, the release shows.
Roberson was charged with two counts of DUI, four counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, one count of Risking Catastrophe, and one count of Failing To Keep Right, according to the police.
His preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled according to court documents.
